New oil leak found in sunken U.S. oil rig

A new oil leak was found in a sunken oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico late Wednesday, and the oil spill could hit the U.S. state of Louisiana as early as Thursday.

The newly-discovered leak means that 5,000 barrels of oil a day are spilling from the rig into the Gulf of Mexico, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal is requesting additional resources from the federal government as the oil spill could reach the state's coast earlier than previously expected.

Cross-Straits scenic zone to release discount coupon

A tourist coupon will be released this year and offer discounts of up to 70 percent of admission prices for attractions in Chinese mainland and Taiwan.

Alleged Tiger Woods' mistress arrested

Tiger Woods' alleged mistress, Jaimee Grubbs, 24, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving on a suspended license in West Hollywoodfor.

West Hollywood Sheriff's Sgt. Shawn Ruda told PEOPLE that Grubbs had a 26,000 dollar warrant for not clearing up the first citation and bail for this latest arrest will be 2,500 dollars.

"She'll have to pay both amounts if she wants to be released," Ruda said.

It was Grubbs's second time being caught for the offense, having been cited for the same crime on Feb. 4.

Fangshan to build tourist distribution center

Construction started recently of the first tourist distribution center in southern Beijing, the Fangshan Changgou Tourist Distribution Center.

The center — which has the functions of transportation, information consultation, lodging, dining, and entertainment — will be a comprehensive service center for tourists to visit famous attractions in Fangshan, including the Peking Man site, Shidu, Shihuadong Cave, and Yujusi Temple.

Located in Changgou Town, Fangshan, the center will also build a "Beijing International Summit Resort" that will provide a high-end leisure travel base, business resort and meeting service area with rich ecological resources for tourists.
